Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to visitors of Voltwise Energy Expo and to the use of this website. Exhibitor participation is governed separately by the participation contract and the exhibitor manual.

Admission

• Voltwise Energy Expo is a trade event. Admission is restricted to professionals aged 18 or over with a legitimate business interest in the sectors represented.
• A valid e-ticket with QR code must be presented at the entrance. Tickets are personal and may not be transferred or resold.
• The organiser may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct, in its reasonable opinion, is disruptive, unsafe or in breach of these terms.

Photography and recording

By attending you agree that photographs and video recorded by the organiser in public areas of the event may be used for reporting and promotion of future editions. Visitors may take photographs for personal use; commercial photography requires the organiser's prior written consent.

Changes and cancellation

The organiser may change the programme, speakers, opening hours or venue layout without notice. If the event is cancelled for reasons outside the organiser's control, no refunds or compensation are payable beyond the ticket price, where one was paid.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for loss, damage or injury suffered at the event except where caused by its negligence. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. These terms are governed by Dutch law and the courts of Rotterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.
